GENERAL T&Cs

REFUND AND CANCELLATION
- All payments are non-refundable but can be transferred to any other treatment available subject to suitability & full consultation.
- You agree to have no cooling off period after making a payment towards the service.

DEPOSITS
To secure an appointment with Enamour Clinic, either in clinic, online or over the phone, we will require a fully refundable deposit* to be charged to your credit or debit card.
- Appointments with a nurse or practitioner will require a £35* deposit: appointments include consultations, consultations with treatment, treatments only, reviews and patch tests. These deposits are refundable upon your attendance at that appointment.
- Appointments with a doctor or injector will require a £50 deposit: appointments include consultations, consultations with treatment, treatments only, reviews and patch tests. Please note that for chargeable consultations with a doctor, the remainder of the consultation fee, minus the deposit, will be taken at your appointment. For free consultations for an injector, that deposit is refundable upon attending that consultation.
- Exceptions:
- Acne consultations with a nurse or practitioner: a £50 deposit will be charged to your debit or credit card upon booking to secure your appointment. On attending your appointment, your deposit is redeemable against treatment, skincare or doctor consultations for acne, subject to you attending that consultation.
- Booking a treatment from a pre-paid package or course of treatment: no deposit is required, but should you fail to show or cancel within the 48 hour cancellation policy, your treatment will be forfeited.
- Selected practitioner appointments booked online: these appointments will not require a deposit, however please be mindful of and adhere to our 48 hour cancellation policy as cancellation or rescheduling an appointment in less than 48 hours will mean that appointment cannot be given to another client who may really need it. These appointments are: laser hair removal consultations, skin analysis and assessment consultations, microneedling consultations and 3DHydrafacial consultations.
- All deposits are fully refundable should you need to cancel or reschedule with more than 48 hours’ notice. All deposits can be used towards payment for treatment or left on your account for future treatments. Should deposits remain unclaimed by the client following twelve months of inactivity, Enamour Skin reserves the right to redeem the deposit. All deposits that are eligible for a refund, should they be cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice, will be returned to the client within 48 hours.
- Package refunds: Bundle ,packages or courses of treatment are only refundable for medical reasons. Any refund agreed between the client and Enamour Skin is calculated by deducting the full price of all treatments already taken, plus any charges for non-attendance. The difference will be the refunded amount.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Applies to new bookings from 25th September 2022
- Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure that we are able to maximise our appointment availability for all of their clients. This ensures that we are able to offer a cancelled appointment time to a client who needs it.
- Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you call us at least 48 hours before your appointment.
- Any cancellation within 48 hours will result in your pre-paid treatment or deposit being forfeited.
- The below table indicates the charges within each notice period, which applies to all pre-paid treatments from a package , or consultations, reviews, and patch tests.

- The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations that are given to them by, or on behalf of, Enamour regarding the care of a treated area.

APPOINTMENT TERMS & CONDITION CHANGES DUE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC
- Advanced appointments & no walk-ins: All clients are requested to book their appointments in advance as we are unable to permit walk-in clients.
- A deposit of £30 will be required to book consultations & can be redeemed against the purchase of a treatment or product.
- Please give us 24-48 hours’ notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment, there is a high demand & we can allocate these slots to clients who are waiting to book an appointment.
- Any failure to give enough notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment will result in the loss of the treatment from your course pack or deposit being redeemed.
- You will be sent a pre-treatment screening questionnaire which needs to be filled in before your appointment can commence.
- Temperature checks will be carried out for every client entering the premises.
- You will be required to wash your hand appropriately & if this is not possible then a hand sanitizer must be used.
- Please do not wear any gloves inside the clinic as it can spread germs caught by touching various items outside.
- You will be provided with a face mask and it should not be removed unless needed for any facial treatments.
- Please do not bring anyone with you as we are only allowing 1 person in treatment room & next client (if needed) in the waiting area maintaining social distancing measures.

Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting of the appointment. Will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time; however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance
- Children are allowed with a client who requires treatment; please make sure that the child is accompanied by another adult to chaperone the child while the client is being treated. Failure to bring an adult chaperone with any child will result in the treatment being cancelled and loss of the course of treatment or deposit. No children under the age of 16 years must be left unattended within the clinic at any time
- The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Enamour regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit’s liability for death or any personal injury resulting from Enamours negligence
Thread T&C
PROCEDURE:
Relife thread treatment works by inserting thin thread into the skin using a fine needle. These threads are biocompatible and absorbable, meaning they gradually dissolve over time. The procedure involves of smooth threads. Smooth threads: Smooth threads are used to stimulate collagen production and improve skin texture. They are inserted into the skin in a mesh-like pattern, creating a supportive structure. As the threads dissolve, they stimulate the production of collagen, which helps to improve skin elasticity and tightness.
AREAS CAN BE TREATED INCLUDE:
- Face: RELIFE Threads can be used to lift and tighten sagging skin on the cheeks, jowls, jawline, and neck. They can also be used to improve the appearance of nasolabial folds (smile lines), marionette lines, and the brow area.
- Eyebrows: RELIFE threads can help lift and shape the eyebrows, providing a subtle brow lift and opening up the eye area. Lips: RELIFE threads can be used to enhance the shape and volume of the lips, creating a more defined and youthful appearance.
- Neck and Décolletage: RELIFE threads can help tighten and lift sagging skin on the neck and décolletage area, improving the appearance of necklines and wrinkles.
- AFTER THE PROCEDURE: You may experience some mild swelling, bruising, or discomfort, which typically subsides within a few days. The threads gradually dissolve over several months.
TYPES OF THREADS
The types of thread can be divided into two main categories:
- MODE OF ABSORPTION
Depending on the material that makes up the suture and filling threads, we distinguish:Non-absorbable threads: they remain permanently in the subdermal tissue because they are made of non-absorbable materials, such as polypropylene.
Absorbable threads: they are made of absorbable materials with a limited lifetime, due to the enzymatic action that hydrolyses them. Polydioxanone (PDO), poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), polyglycolic acid, poly-lactic-polycaprolactone acid (P(LA-CLA)) are some examples of absorbable materials.
- SMOOTH AND NON-SMOOTH THREADS
Depending on the material that makes up the suture and filling threads, we distinguish:(6)
• Smooth Thread (for rejuvenation purpose): the smooth threads do not have barbs or cones. They are mainly used for the tissue biorevitalisation, rather than the soft tissue lifting, as they are not able to anchorage.
• Non-Smooth Thread (for suspension purpose): non-smooth threads are sutures with small projections that radiate outward from the centre of the suture. These structural elements can be barbs or cones, that anchor and lift the soft tissue: the barbs open like an umbrella to form a support structure that lifts the sagging skin.
Depending on the direction of the barbs, they can be categorised as:
- Bidirectional threads present the barbs in opposite directions to guarantee a major traction.
- Unidirectional barbed threads present barbs all angled in one direction.
HOW DO THE SUSPENSION THREADS WORK?
Barbs along the threads grasp ptotic facial areas and reposition the soft tissues in the right place.
Threads with barbs oriented in a convergent way respect the middle point also tend to gather tissues giving a mild volumizing effect of the treated area, beyond repositioning sagging tissue:
- this double action is especially important for areas that need volume reshaping, like the zygomatic area.
- Beyond the mechanical action of the tissue repositioning, there is also a revitalising action stimulating synthesis of collagen hyaluronic acid and elastin, thanks to the barbs and the specific material.
Cancellation Policy
TWLC Ltd T/A Enamour Dental Aesthetic & Laser reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions where TWLC Ltd T/A Enamour Dental Aesthetic & Laser reasonably considers it necessary to do so. Reasonable notice of these changes will be given where applicable. Cancellation Policy: Appointments at TWLC Ltd T/A Enamour Dental Aesthetic & Laser are in very high demand and it is important to us that we try to accommodate our clients as much as possible. To achieve this, we abide by a strict 2 weeks cancellation policy for all thread appointments whether made via email, in person, online or by telephone. If you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us 2 week’s notice so we can offer you a more convenient time and help you avoid a cancellation fee. Failure to notify TWLC Ltd T/A Enamour Dental Aesthetic & Laser within 2 week’s notice will result in the loss of the appointment and 100% cancellation fee or loss of a course item.

Dangers of thread lifts
Unfortunately, thread lifts have a high risk of complications in comparison to other procedures. A 2021 study shows in a group of 190 patients, 40.5% experienced skin dimpling, 16.8% had irregular contouring and 2.1% had hyperpigmentation. There Medical complications included 8.9% who had infections, 5.3% who experienced thread extrusion and 2.6% who had facial paralysis.
The risk of infection in thread lifts, in comparison to alternative procedures is a serious downside. The insertion of the threads can create an entry point for bacteria, which can lead infection. The multiple entry points heighten the risk of infection. In some cases, infection can be severe and require further intervention.
The threads can also migrate or break, which can result in uneven lifting or visible threads under the skin. In some cases, the threads can cause an allergic reaction.
One of the main reasons thread lifts have such high risks attached to them, are that they are often performed by unqualified practitioners. If you are considering a thread lift, make sure you consult a fully qualified Doctor.
Cancellation of a Procedure by the Doctor/Anaesthetist:
The Clinic reserves the right to cancel or postpone a Procedure if, in the opinion of the doctor and/or the Anaesthetist, the Patient is medically unfit for treatment or the treatment requested is deemed inappropriate for the Patient and there is no alternative treatment plan to achieve the same purpose.
If the Doctor considers that a postponement of the Procedure is appropriate for medical reasons, a new date for the Procedure will be provided and no postponement charge will be payable. If the Doctor considers that the Procedure should be cancelled for medical reasons a full refund of the Fee paid by the Patient will be given less £150 Doctor consultation fee plus £150 if any pre-operative tests have taken place except in the case of .7 below. For avoidance of doubt, only the Doctorand/or the Anaesthetist can cancel or postpone a procedure for medical reasons.
If surgery is cancelled due to the Patient either not informing The Clinic/ the Doctor of a known existing medical condition/previous history of drugs taken or not following any pre-operative advice provided by the Doctor or any other Clinician, including an anaesthetist, then the Patient will be subject to the cancellation fees subject to our cancellation and refund policy above.
The Patient must be prepared to submit to a blood or urine test if requested by the Surgeon, if, in the opinion of the Doctor or Anaesthetist, the Patient may have recently taken drugs or nicotine. If the Patient does not wish to submit to a blood or urine test the Doctor may cancel the procedure and the Patient will be subject to the cancellation fee above.
THE PATIENT’S OBLIGATIONS
The Patient shall be responsible for reading and for making sure that they understand the Procedure Information and other information and literature provided prior to consenting to undergo any Procedure, and for complying with all the pre- and postoperative instructions concerning the Procedure supplied by the Clinician and/or The Clinic. This includes following the pre-operative medical safety advice, attending the scheduled post-operative care appointments and following the correct aftercare and lifestyle advice. The Patient shall also be responsible for returning their Pre-operative questionnaire and Psychological Screening and Declaration Form, a minimum of two weeks before their procedure, and ensuring timely payment for any Procedure received or to be received, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Business. It is also the Patient’s responsibility to ask any questions that they may have about the Procedure so as to ensure that they have a full understanding of the Procedure.
The Procedure will take place either on the Clinic’s premises or at a Third Party clinic. In the event the Procedure takes place at a Third Party clinic these same terms and conditions apply and The Patient shall also be responsible complying with all the pre- and post- operative instructions concerning the Procedure provided by the Third Party Clinic..
